Speedo issue is probly just a broken speedo cable and the parking brake could be a broken return spring or the system might just need cleaning/lubrication and also an adjustment.
You have a tilt wheel don't you? If so, when you turn right it is slipping and shutting off the ignition which is a safety feature.
Also speedo not working and park brake needs to be released manually, all steering column issues?
