Ok, I'll do some digging and see if I can find out. In the meantime check out Faxon Auto Literature in Riverside, CA. They have a website and are an excellent source for owner's manuals and factory shop manuals for antique and classic cars. Reasonable prices and good quality too. I've bought from them many times.
