I have a 1989  ford tempo and  im having a similar problem with my head lights. Im not sure its the switch because it turns them on just fine. They just wony stay on unless I jigle the blinker lever and thTs not working any more. Do I need to replace my turn signal switch I just dont know. My bf thinks its the multi function switch but I dont know I would like another opinion from some one who actually knows about fords. Thanks for the help.
