86Ford Ranger 2.3 4x4 no spark

Question type: Maintenance & Repair
Truck died in middle of road. There was no
spark and we changed the coil. Still nothing
do we changed plugs and wires, cap and
rotor, ignition control module on side of
distributor. Still no spark. Replaced coil
thinking it was faulty. Still nothing. Ideas?
