i onced owned an 84 bronco 2 with a 2.8 and it was a very good engine.it had around 280 000 kms on it when i sold it with no major issues.all i did to it was change the altenator and redo the carb!

i put a carb from a 390 engine on mine they say the jets are to big and causes it not to run properly it has hesitation and kills the motor what can i do to fix it and what did u do to fix yours also the valves are noisy and smokes when i first start it up ive had people tell me the seals and guides are bad other than that it runs good

you my friend are very dumb or just making shit up, because I don't think there was ever a 4bl manifold made for the 2.8L or even 3.0L.

yes as long as you service it reguraly.but i do have to agree with other post a 4 barel on a stock 4 or 6 cyl.
