What is the best spark plug for '89 5.8l? and What is the best cats for the 5.8l for true duals? straight pipe after cats.

Cant go wrong with Auto-lite plugs. and any cat will do. walker usually has good prices on universal cats.

Would go with either Motorcraft plugs or E3 iridium plugs expensive as hell but a great burn.

ngk plugs will be just fine. they are a quality spark plug and they dont break the bank
