Check to see if there is power on the small wire on the solenoid, when someone turns the key to the start position. If there is no power there then it may be the ignition switch. If there is power there when the key is turned to the start position then replace the solenoid. Also if there is a clutch on this, make sure the clutch safety switch is good, along with the neutral safety switch. These two items could cause no power to the small wire also.
