the tail lights

My blinkers and my hazards work up front but in
the back there's no blinkers or hazard lights or
brake lights what could be the problem.

The most common problem is the turn signal switch, they just wear out internally and stop making connections. There are also some connectors in the frame rail and towards the rear lights that should also be checked and cleaned if need be. Another these old Fords are famous for is burning out the sockets especially where the ground wire is connected to the socket, it will show a slight burnt mark inside the socket.
