There is a starter relay for the car, is the battery ok, have you checked to see if you have 12 volts at the battery? Have you tried to jump the truck?

Well I'm by myself here and I had the battery on a charger over night. I problem do need a battery also . I was just thinking the solenoid because someone changed it so really I was ggessing. They changed it cause I couldn't get the truck to start in the beginning it seemed like it wasn't getting enough power somewhere.
