Hi, my name is eddie. i have an 89 f150, 4x4, reg cab, it has a 5.0 fuel injected. it has a real bad vibration. i mean it shakes the whole truck. it has new tires. how can i tell if its driveline.

How would I go about checking the shafts to see if.that's it.

Does it vibrate when the vehicle is in park and the motor reved? What is the condition of the front suspension? I suggest you take it to a shop that has a frame lift where the components can be checked with the wheels off the ground and the motor running. Also check the rear suspension and make sure nothing is loose there.
