I've owned Fords since 1970 and changed a number of window motors. You'll need an electric drill with the right size bit to remove the two or three rivits which secure the track and mechanism to the inside of the door. They will have to be replaced with screws, washers, lock washers, and a nut about a half inch long. Save yourself some time and insert the phillips screw from the back side, placing the washers and nut on the side facing you. If you have large hands and fat fingers like myself, use longer screws and cut the excess off with a grinder once tightened.
