Blockage in the fuel line between the pump and the injectors. When did you last replace the fuel filter? If it's not the filter, could be a faulty fuel pump or electrical supply to pump, like fuse or relay. Could be the fuel pressure regulator, or clogged injectors, or an electrical problem causing the injectors not to pulsate. Check pressure in the rail to verify if you have flow there. Check electrical to the injectors and in the distributor to see if it's sending signals to the injectors.
