have to release fuel pressure to start

5.0 throttle body, After sitting all night it starts. when shut off it will not restart
until fuel pump power is unplugged, after it starts power to fuel pump can be
plugged back in and it continues to run.

About the only thing I can think of is the there is something wrong with the fuel regulator stuck creating a high fuel pressure. If there is too much fuel pressure, the injectors will shut down.
