What's the highest speed I can go?

Unless you want massive fines for speeding I would stick to the speed limit. Other than that just keep an eye on the redline on your speedometer and listen to you engine.

120

About 240 mph if you start high enough.Maybe a little faster if you roll your windows up all the way.

Strapping rockets to the back can increase speed .
