14 city, 17 highway bekker ... but remember your results may vary!

I avg.(w/ a 302) 15 city and 20 hwy. added a K&N filter and Accel wires and plugs help. planning on trying a Tornado device in the future. Motorcraft or Castorol semi-synthetic is supposed to help some also but unsure. all these will up the power as well.
