Beeter off with a honda civic. A 2wd pickup is probably the worst vehicle to use in snow/ice.

There's a lot more to it than, will a vech. be good in the snow. Even snow bunnies get eaten by a fox. Driver skill is the biggest concern one should have. Tires, weight distribution, vech. height, 4wd-2wd,road condition, where your at...city /country. Good judgement is the best deciding factor. Good Luck and pack a good survival kit.

When it snows or its Icey I leave it home! the back slides out on ice its too light. I tried sand bags in the bag for weight but still no good.
