Your best bet will be Ebay, or to look online under google for "automotive manuals."

Try looking at F-150 sites , and see if any books are available for your model year. If you have a local ford club near you , try seeing if they have any sources for books available. Some book stores that deal in used books might be helpfull too . If there are any local car swap meets , or scrap yards nearby , try looking around to see if any old trucks are around with the original manuals .

try going to a junk yard and look through the glove boxes of trucks .. I found on for an '83 one time ..
