hard shift on 85' chevy s-10?

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Great truck for the age but suddenly started shifting hard into all gears. Manuel
transmission. It still shifts, but dk for how long. Clutch fluid is topped. Any suggestions?
Clutch seems to be okay, for now.

no doesn't grind in forward gears but sometimes reverse, has done that for a lil while
