When i turn on the signal the light stays on and doesn't blink. I've changed the bulbs, fuse and the flasher in the fuse box. Is there another flasher somewhere i don't see?

Do all the lights come on both front and rear? This is usually caused from incorrect line loads. The only other flasher is for the 4 ways and it will be alone the steering column.

Yea all lights come on the signal lights jus won’t flash! Crazy part is the hazard flash when I turn them on

Ok the 4 ways are separate from the turn signals even though they are on the same switch assembly, but that tells me that there is something wrong with the flasher even though it is new. I recommend buying a variable load sensing unit as a replacement.
