tune up specs for 283

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I'm trying to find tune up specs guide for a 283. Dist rotation, dwell, contact gap, and ign timing.  If anyone could share or at least point me in the right direction I would be very grateful.

if you pick up a haynes or a Chilton manual all this info is in it.

That's where I'm running into the problem. I don't have a manual. Could anybody maybe scan the page with the specs. I'm attempting my first tune up.

I ended up going to autozone, and they where able to give me all the info I needed. So now I'm off to go work on my car!
