I have a 1988 chevrolet s10 blazer with a v6 4.3.
Can I put a 1991 4 cylinder s10 truck engine in my
blazer?

Yes, but its not easy or cost effective. Motor mounts don't line up, trans is different, pcm and harness. I'm sure I'm missing some.
