Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I just bought a 89 cressida for $350. The oil light is on, but i have oil in it, and so is a lighted up picture of the car, with what looks like the rear lights being accented, but my lights work fine and so do the brake lights, what could be wrong?  A really nice car for price, really nice inside and out, really impressed, like it better than my 91 honda accord!  Any info would be helpful, thanks.

Right, oil pressure sending unit could be out or grounded out, same with the taillight indicator.
