Windows won't roll down with the key off i got still
some power going through both wires going to the
window moter when i turn the key on i have a full
12 volt going to the moter

I think the Door Lock Control Relay allows the windows to operate when the key is off. I believe this relay is located behind the RIGHT Side kick panel. See if it clicks when you turn the key on/off. Get back with results.

    i spliced in wire on coil pack harness i guess the key was on i heard a spark now car won't start up
