When i was driving last week my trucks front area started banging loudly, what could it be? Also, what size is my 4cyl.?

umm... You'll have to be more specific. Could you tell where the banging was coming from, did it only happen while in motion. Did the frequency of the banging follow engine speed or vehicle speed? A LOUD banging could be many things...An noticable knocking could be many others so I'm not even going to try to make a guess... Noises can be hard enough to guess in person let allone over the internet. If you have a good mechanic you can trust, have them look at it. If anyone is going to take a stab at it they'll likely need more information. If you can borrow a compression tester, I'd check each cylinder...Good compression would decrease the likeliness that it dropped a valve. You should have a 22R-E which is a 2.4L. Hope that helps
