I Have a 1960 Chevy biscayne. My question is about the front drum brakes. I want to convert them to discs. I believe it'd be cheaper if I bought the parts from the same year, or around the same year.

80's monte carlo would be the swap with the smallest headache and u can get a standard brake master with no booster so u wont have 2 worry about clearences
