Starter doesnt crank when Warm. Waited for starter/engine to cool 20 min to an hour, and then it cranked. Suspected starter soakback heat. Replaced three rebuilts include Toyota starter with Same?

Starter does not crank when Warm.  Waited for starter/engine to cool 20 min to
an hour and it would crank.  suspected soakback heat to starter.  And then on a
hot day it would not crank no matter what.  I had replaced with two rebuilt
starters under warranty, and then with Toyota rebuilt with same no crank
situation.  Battery is 12.5 V plus.

Did you loadtest your wires to starter and grounds? How many ohms are you getting from contact Point to point? There are several good videos on YouTube related to this. Also have you checked fuses and relays to starter and ignition circuits? Any green crusties on these wires or at connections? I would check all your grounds. Body, engine, battery and starter. Sand these well and make sure they are tight. ChrisFix on YouTube has a good video on load testing starter and wires. Too much resistance in these wires can cause a no start condition.

Also load test your battery. Just because it shows 12.6V while car is off does not mean it will start a car if a cell is dead. Hold the voltage meter on battery while trying to start car. If the voltage goes below 10V, replace the battery. Keep a close eye on voltage as it is cranking. If it momentarily goes below 10, still replace.
