Cam seal

I have a Toyota 1994 160i corolla and my cam seal
popped i have been blowing seals almost every
month and my question is why? Why does this car
keep blowing/popping/ breaking seals ...please
help

Make sure the PCV is working properly.

That's right, make sure both the vacuum side and the fresh clean air are both fully functional. If both are working then you will need a cylinder leak down test, possibly too much piston ring blowby
