My 1994 Toyota Camry will not start up

I have did a lot of work to this car to make
this car runs I have bought a new battery I
have bought a new alternator and a whole
new radiator kit. Now the car it will turn and
make a noise but it won't start up what is
wrong with my car now

Let us clarify....your engine Cranks over...like the battery is good...but it will not ..fire up...Start? What engine in this vehicle?
