Turns over but won't start

My car will turn over but it won't start I
have checked the firing order and spark
plugs tried to give it a jump checked
the fluids but it still won't start

does it have proper spark/fuel pressure , are the injectors firing ? , do you hear the fuel pump prime the system when you turn the key ?
