where is the obdII plug on the camry?

Hel, I need to find where to hook up my diagnostic scanner to ny camry and cant find the obdII plug to hook it up.I look under the dash but could not find it.

The OBDII plug on a '96 Camry should be behind the change drawer - you can find a picture here: http://www.autocenter.weber.edu/OBD-CH/documents/newdocuments/toyota/camry/1996.jpg
