Question type: General

Anti thief radio won't turn on but has power. Car
was under about a foot of water.. everything else
works perfect. Fuses are good. Any idea what I
should do... thanks

It's getting power, I just can't get it to turn on. Is there a way because of the anti thief radio. Like a code or something like holding a button down or something?
