If all fuses are good I would be suspect of bad grounds or ignition switch. How many miles on odom?

There's about 165000. All fuses seem good. How hard is it to change the ignition switch

Get wiring schematic from local parts guys and verify if all ignition switch outputs are working ( have battery voltage) I'll try to check that wiring diagram tomorrow and let you know more if I can see any possible trouble spots I'm checking on line now

I'll try and get that. When the problem is occurring it's at about 12.5 when it isn't it's at about, 14 like it should be

Sure sounds like an ignition switch or Toyota may use a master relay like older Hondas.

Ok is the ignition switch a huge pain in the ass to change. Thanks by the way

When I install a new ignition switch will it have to be reprogrammed with a computer
