Pick one component. If fuse protected, not only check the fuse, use a test light and check voltage at fuse. Some fuses are hot all the time, some fuses go hot with the key on, check them both ways. Battery has a full charge and connections all good. Check grounds, battery--engine--chassis. Might be a problem at fuse box? good luck and let us know what you find.
