I have a 02 Camry and I put a new engine in
everything hooked up but doesn't crank D light and
check engine light flicker when key is Turner on but
only turns over and want crank any suggestions

When you say the engine ...does not crank....does that mean a dead battery is the issue? Or....the engine cranks over well...like the battery and starter motor are fine...but...the engine will not fire up...start?
