What do you call the reservoir like object below the
battery plate of a toyota camry 2.4v? I cant find it
on the owner's manual.

If you know where the coolant reservoir is, then probably it is for the windshield washer fluid. It should have a symbol on the cap to indicate what it is.

Negative Sir. Coolant and washer reservoir are both identified. This reservoir is empty and someone said that this is like a filter. Just want to make sure. Thanks...

Then it sounds like a EVAP canister. If there are vacuum hoses running to it.
