How do I know if my 2004 toyota camry is out of time?

I had to have my head gasket changed
and my car has already been put bck
together but it want crank now. The
breather is suckimg are in and out. I jst
need to know is it out of time? It's
getting power and gas and it's turning
over but it jst wnt start.

If you drove it home from the shop and had no problems, I doubt it's out of time. It would have bucked and kicked all the way home. If it would have moved at all. Sounds more like no fuel or no spark. Check your fuses and relays under the hood. I would bring it back to the shop and tell them that it's not running.
