Is there a way to adjust the front wiper baldes so that they cover more of the glass?

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

The driver's side blade stops about 3 inches short of the edge of the glass. It leaves a wall of snow in my view.

Hi kmgledhill! There are two ways to make this adjustment usually. If there is an socket somewhere on the bulb of thre arm where it covers the motor sprocket, you can loosen that and make an adjustment to the range that way. Or if there isn't one you can usually just lift that bulb off of the sprocket and put it back on at a different angle. In this instance you will need to try the different angles available to you and see if one works better. Your local Toyota service manager ought to be willing to help you make your adjustments. Just bring an extra cup of coffee for him. Good luck!
