Rusted frame on 2005 toyota highlander

I have a badly rusted frame on my 2005 Toyota highlander. CAn it be repaired and if so how much should the repair cost?

It,s all in how bad it is rusted,if badly,you may need to just replace it with a good salvage yard frame.It would be cheaper to do this,and i do not like to repair ,rusted frame,s ,by welding on them trying to reainforce it,is not good,salvage yard frame, $300,,labor to change it out,at least a thousand i would think,but could vary depending on mechanic and salvage yard.
