Blows fuses possibly worse.

Could blow mega fuse/fuses, fusible links, ruin the battery, fry battery harness, damage the ECU/computer module. Granted some of these are worse case scenarios.

If you crossed them by connecting them to the wrong battery terminals it will fry all sorts of things. Just touching them to each other would do nothing.

I went to the mechanic who changed the ERG valve in and reset the code. He said its a generic code and he couldn't do anything else. I went to the toyota dealer who said they would have to change the vavle again since that's the code!!! the smog shop couldn't help they don't give detailed info on 2000 and above vehicles. So I need to pass smog and no one can help. it could be anything with the PO 401 code. I need to find out what it is and fix it. it's a 2000 Toyota Camry 4 cylinder. 7 Answers

I installed a new stereo in my 2004 Camry, but something cause my dash lights to burn out. I found the fuse and replaced it but it didn't turn on the dash lights. I drive a Toyota camry xle 2007. Recently i hit a side of a side walk and d tire got damaged and rim bruised. i changed the tire and noticed the car was swerving to one side so i did the alignment but the car still gradually drifts to the right while in motion. i have tried the alignment at different places but its still d same and i have now be made to understand that the alignment is fine and somthing else must be wrong maybe from the sidewalk incident. please advice what else could make the car to drift/swerve when in motion. I have a 2006 Toyota Camery Hybrid, my sister i law was driving it the other day and she said it overheated while driving it, she kept driving till it died, and she continued coasting as far as she could on a mountain road, it was taken to a local gas station and parked, when I got to the car, the radiator cap was blown off , so I tried to refill the coolant , but it leeked out I looked to see ware it was coming from, it seems to be from the water pump, as well I opened the the oil cap, and the oils smells burnt and the color is dark brown?
