Question type: Maintenance & Repair
Replaced alternator,batterie , neg terminal, and still having problems holding a
charge, battery light stays on as well as engine light but think that will go off
as soon as I change oil really just confused about starting it it did hold charge
for a day and nite but when and now it started this morning but son won’t
drive until battery light goes off

The oil change will not help your charging problem. If you have a multi meter you can check the charging voltage and you can look for a parasitic battery drain.

No his engine light is on as well, but I don’t know if I have that I have all my dads tools since he past I’ll leaked pic of what I think your talking about
Why? You cannot replace the battery terminal but you can replace the cable end.
If the cable end is loose or damaged I would replace it. You can buy an inexpensive multi meter for under $20 which is a good investment for the doityourselfer. Good luck!
