My 2006 camry starts when i connect my battery to the starter, however it will not turn or crank when i turn the key.

Hi, Yes i did, like i said the car starts no issue from the positive battery terminal to the starter positive terminal. Maybe i missed another relay but i think there are only two on the car for the starter. Mind giving me a little more insite so that i may go check further?

Here's a great video that shows how to test for starter, neutral safety switch and ignition. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fpPOcO6f798 You know the starter is good, so it's down to the ignition or the neutral safety switch.

Hi Reelin, Thanks for the video however I think you failed to read my question properly or maybe I wasn't clear enough the starter works fine it was tested I have gone as far as checking the NSS as well no issue. It would seem that in connecting the cut Loom a wire or two was connected incorrectly. If anyone had a connector lay out or pin out diagram I would highly appreciate it. According to the diagram in the haynes and toyota repair manual I believe the wires connected 100%.
