If the anti-theft system isn't engaged, there really isn't any way to disable it so it won't work in the future. If the system is engaged and you want to get the car running again, it might be a low battery in our key/fob. Or it could be something else. Your owners manual (available on line, google your car) describes a procedure for doing this. Or discuss this with a Toyota dealer.
