i have a 91 s10 it had a bad starter so replaced it still nothing

it with a new one still wont all it does it click  it getting power and has a good
ground wht else could it be

Huh..? What are you trying to say? Spit it out dude..I think your saying your getting clicking sound still even tho you changed starter. Hook a test light to the starter (the signal wire) when someone tries to start if light flashes then starter OK and flywheel jammed. Check to see if engine turns freely by turning crank pulley with your hands.

If the crank does not spin then engine is locked/seized. If light does not flash on tester then you have an electrical fault with starter wiring!
