Clutch Grinding

Asked by GuruZQCP3 Nov 12, 2017 at 05:37 PM about the 1995 Chevrolet S-10

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I just replaced the clutch disc, pressure plate, release bearing, and slave cylinder, refilled the transmission fluid and brake fluid, and bled the air out of the system. The truck goes into all gears easily, but when the clutch is released it grinds. What would cause this problem?

1 Answer

Clutches don't grind. Maybe your transmission has a problem.
