Have a 1996 Chevrolet S10 4x4, low beams head lights work, but high beams will not work, how do we fix this?

we also got a fault code: P0102: Mass or Volume Air Flow Circuit Low Input

Try cleaning the sir flow sensor with air flow sensor cleaner, clear the code and see if it returns, if it does double check for any leaks in the intake tube, and then test compression, if both test good then replace the sensor, and clear the code again. As far as the headlights, this sounds like a dimmer switch malfunction, it is giving you low beams but it is not switching over to high when clicked.
