Engine acts like out of time can't seem to to tell try's to back fire

How many miles on your engine? sadly could be a jumped timing chain. Need more information. could you have your diagnostic information read? never told us how many miles you have on this?

Check coil wires if one came loose the truck will act like that. The coil is above the pass. Vavle cover by the firewall just in case u didn't know
