1996 Chevy 1500 5.7 vortec crank, no start, no spark but power to ignition coil.

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Did engine swap on 1996 Chevy 1500, from
4.3 vortec to 5.7 vortec. Change crank
sensor, distributor, cap and rotor. Getting
power to ignition coil but no spark. Also
using the ecm from 5.7 and wiring.
Do ecm and key need programing?
Do bcm has to be changed? (Did not switch
NO SPARK???????
