had toget a fusepanel for my 97 Chevy S10 from a wrecking yard, all wires were cut and left on the panel, how do I properly remove these wires ?

How do I remove wires from a replacement fuse panel

If your not talking about the type that unplugs, then you have to solder and shrink wrap the connections for each and every wire.
