97 k1500 4x4 not getting power to front wheels

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

97 k1500 electronic 4x4. Transfer case engages
and puts power to my front driveshaft but nothing
out of the diff. Replaced actuator and tested
before installed. (It pushed out when 4x4 switch
engaged and came back in when disengaged) Not
to sure where to go from here. I was thinking if the
diff was smoked I would be getting some type of
messed up noises. Would the indicator switch
above the actuator keep it from engaging? Thanks
in advance

Nothing really jumped out at me when I changed the actuator, but what exactly should I be looking for?

Yeah I will probably look into switching over, but I even jacked up all 4 tires, locked in 4h, put truck in neutral, pulled the actuator, manually depressed it with a punch, spun front driveshaft and nothing to the front tires still. Rear tire spins, so my transfer case is engaging. Just not sure what else to check.
