Can I put a carbonated 4.3 in to my 98 s10 2.2L if so do I have to change the tranny, rear and mounts?

I'm pulling the 4.3 from a 88 Chevy Cheyenne but
its not the original engine in the 88

It will ft, but like you said you will need , tranny, rear, mounts, i would even add wire harness...new front springs for the added weight....a lot of work for a 1889....but us men do stupid things like get married....
